Yep, being from the beginning of the '90s, that thing can impress. You don't need any external effects or mastering, you just plug the audio cable and it sounds like in a movie. The biggest disappointment? That most of the 400 wave shapes sound too repetitive.
Similar to M1 but only on the outside. M1 is a better choice for gigs, whereas WS does great job in your studio (this is building up a subjective stereotype, of course - that's just the way I would arrange it).

I was scared by the interface, but actually it is designed in a way that facilitates the work and is quite simple to get through. Nevertheless the Wavestation, like the Roland D50, represents the breed of synths that I wholeheartedly dislike, to say the least.
Too much clicking, too much Enya, not enough flawless interaction with my raw impulses. I really feel I should refrain from deeper comments on such models.
 

Jako ze pochodzi z poczatku lat 90tych, model ten moze wywierac wrazenie. Nie trzeba dodawac zadnych efektow ani masterowac, wystarczy podpiac kabel audio i dzwiek jak z filmu. Najwieksze rozczarowanie? To, ze wiekszosc z 400 ksztaltow fali brzmi tak samo. Podobny do M1 ale tylko z zewnatrz - na scene raczej sie nie nadaje, ale za to do studia jak najbardziej.

Na poczatku bylem przerazony obsluga, ale jednak wyswietlacz i organizacja przyciskow ulatwiaja prace i wszystko odbywa sie sprawnie. Mimo wszystko Wavestation, tak samo jak Roland D50, reprezentuje gatunek syntezatorow, ktorego nie darze sympatia, mowiac delikatnie. Za duzo klikania, za duzo Enyi, zbyt malo interakcji z moimi surowymi impulsami. Dalsze komentowanie byloby niesprawiedliwoscia z mojej strony.
